These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CrispPNG website and SaaS application (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by:
https://crisppng.comCrispPNG lets you generate print-ready PNG images with transparent backgrounds from text prompts and download them from your account. The Service is designed to support batch generation (paid plans only) and a personal library/history of generated images.
We may modify, add, or remove features over time. If we make material changes that affect paid users, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18+.
The free trial is limited to 4 images total and is available for 7 days from account creation.
When the free trial ends (by time or quota), your account will be blocked. If you do not subscribe, your account and related data will be scheduled for deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions with a monthly image generation quota (e.g., Basic 100 images/month, Pro 300 images/month). Batch generation (2–20 images per prompt) is available on paid plans only.
Unused monthly quotas do not carry over to the next billing period unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Payments and invoicing are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Your purchase, invoice, and payment method management are handled through Lemon Squeezy's checkout and customer portal.
You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to the paid plan features until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, your access ends and deletion may occur as described in the Privacy Policy.
Refunds may be granted only if unused (for example, if you purchased a subscription and did not use the Service under that paid plan). To request a refund, contact us at hello@crisppng.com. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Lemon Squeezy.
Where applicable, taxes are handled as part of the merchant-of-record process. We do not collect VAT under the French VAT exemption regime (VAT not applicable for the operator).
You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, upload, transmit, or promote content that is:
You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.
We own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding (excluding third-party components). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
As between you and us:
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your prompts and store, reproduce, and display your generated outputs solely to provide, maintain, and secure the Service (including allowing you to view and download them in your library). We do not use your generated outputs for marketing without your permission.
Because the Service uses automated generation, we do not guarantee that any output is unique or that it will not resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how to use them, including in marketplaces.
We strive to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We may change or discontinue the Service (or part of it). If you are a paid subscriber and we discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and handle access fairly.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your prompts/outputs, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
If you believe content generated or used through the Service infringes your trademark or copyright, you may submit a notice via our contact form: https://crisppng.com/contact. Provide sufficient details to identify the content and your rights claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, because the operator is established in France and the Service is hosted and operated from France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact support first at hello@crisppng.com to attempt to resolve the issue.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence; nothing in these Terms is intended to limit such mandatory rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
